HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE SAPERE?

WHAT DOES SAPERE MEAN?
Sapere Aude is latin for ‘Dare to Know’. This was a term from the enlightenment, a period of intellectual revolution, that encouraged the masses to take up knowledge for themselves and signaled to those in power that they would no longer accept the status quo.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
Sapere cannot accept returns in accordance with wine shipping laws, but we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with any product you receive from us, please email email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to get things resolved.
THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH MY SHIPMENT?
Damaged in transit or item issues? - contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can evaluate and make right! Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of delivery for any issues with your order. We’re a small but mighty team and will do our best to get back to you. Most responses are within 48 hours Monday thru Friday PST.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY, OR, TN, TX, WA. We will continue to open up new states, so if you’re not on the list, check back soon. In accordance with state and federal laws, someone 21+ must be available to sign for the wine at the time of delivery.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Ground shipping for all CA wine orders is a flat rate of $10. Outside CA, it’s $25. For merch, shipping is $5 for all items up to $60 and $8 for purchases over $60. If you’d like to expedite the package, we may be able to provide express shipping. Please reach out to email@example.com for availability. Someone 21+ must be available to sign for all wine orders.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY BUBBLES?
Once your order is processed and weather permitting, it takes about 3-5 business days to receive wines (CA orders). For out-of-state, it will take roughly 5-8 business days. Orders placed Friday- Sunday will be processed the following Monday. During summer months, we do not ship orders on Fridays.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We’ll send you tracking details via email after your order is confirmed. Please make arrangements with the carrier if you are unable to receive your wine. Note: we cannot make adjustments once an order is processed by a carrier. Our shippers will try up to three times to get your wine to you, but if you miss the three delivery attempts and your box is returned to us you'll be charged $25 for the return shipping and restocking fee.
WHAT IS A WEATHER HOLD?
We want your bubbles delivered in perfect condition! Just like we’re beholden to mother nature during harvest, sometimes that extends to you during extreme climate shifts. Orders may be subject to weather holds depending on the time of year and destination. This may extend estimated delivery times and we will do our best to keep you informed.
SAPERE WINE CLUB
WHEN IS EACH WINE DROP?
We ship your bubbles 4 times a year. March, June, September, December. You will receive a notification email around 2 weeks prior to each shipment. Some shipment dates may be affected by weather holds, but we’ll keep you posted.
HOW ABOUT MY TEE AND LIMITED EDITION BOTTLE?
Your S.W.C. tee will ship after your first shipment has been processed. We’ll contact you for sizing info. Limited edition bottle(s) (TEAM) will ship once each calendar year of membership. Limited edition release dates will vary each year. You must fulfill 2 shipments to receive your limited edition release.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your payment will be processed using the card on file approx 1 week before each shipment. Please refer to your member level for pricing.
WHEN DOES MY S.W.C SHOP DISCOUNT START?
Right away. Once you join, your member discount will be applied to all items in our store, all year long. You must be logged in to your account to receive your unique discount at checkout.
IS THERE A MINIMUM? CAN I CANCEL? CAN I SKIP?
We ask that you fulfill a 2 shipment minimum. After your second shipment, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to any upcoming club drop date. You may skip up to one club shipment per year after fulfilling your first 2 shipments.
HOW DO I VIEW AND MANAGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You’ll need to access your S.W.C. account page. Log In here or click the member icon to enter your email and password. Here you can view upcoming drop & current membership details and make changes to your account info, billing, and address. You’ll receive an email a couple weeks before each drop reminding you to log in to make changes and update any personal information prior to billing/shipping.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY UPCOMING DROP OR MEMBERSHIP?
CRU members may change their bubble preference type when logged into their account up to 2 weeks before a drop. All other club drops are not customizable. FRIEND members may upgrade their membership to a paid level by logging into their account. For others, please reach out to email@example.com to request a change to your membership level.
CAN I GIVE S.W.C AS A GIFT?
Follow the give as a gift link on the join page. The membership will belong to you. The wine and merch will be shipped to the recipient. At this time, discounts and Clubhouse will only belong to you and not the gift recipient.
CLUBHOUSE, BUBBLE POINTS, BADGES
WHAT IS CLUBHOUSE?
Clubhouse is your custom Sapere digital wallet powered by alphaa.io. It’s home for your digital collectibles, bubble points, and bubble badges that unlock web3 and IRL access to member benefits, events, discounts, and other rewards. Enter the metaverse!
HOW IS CLUBHOUSE DIFFERENT THAN SAPERE WINE CLUB?
Clubhouse is your digital wallet with a separate email and/or phone number specific log in tied to you- no account or password required. All you need is a ‘magic link’ to access your digital Sapere wallet (powered by alphaa.io). S.W.C is a club membership that requires an account. Your account houses all info about your member level, IRL wine drops, merch, discounts, past purchases, and other benefits. If you have a S.W.C membership, then you automatically have a Clubhouse wallet set up. Use the same email/phone number for Clubhouse and S.W.C.
HOW DO I ACCESS CLUBHOUSE?
Click the link in your S.W.C welcome email, navigate through the CLUBHOUSE links on our site, or access here. Next, enter your email or phone and a magic link (sent by alphaa.io) will grant access to your personal Sapere wallet dashboard where you can view your bubble points, badges, and collectibles. Note: your wallet may take up to 24 hours before it’s loaded, so check back if you are initially denied access or don't see any assets.
CAN I ACCESS CLUBHOUSE AND COLLECT POINTS WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
You can grab a Clubhouse wallet, but you won’t earn bubble points or collectibles without making a purchase from our store or becoming a S.W.C member. Only members will be able to collect bonus bubble points and unlock special badges to grab unique rewards.
WHAT ARE BUBBLE POINTS?
Bubbles are digital points collected by making purchases from our online store, attending Sapere events, taking part in special promotions, or being a S.W.C member. Collect bubble points to earn badges and get rewards!
WHAT ARE BADGES?
Collect bubbles to earn badges! Badges will unlock in your Sapere Clubhouse wallet as you hit certain bubble milestones. Badges will earn you discounts, special event access, merch, and other Sapere fun stuff. Track your bubbles and badge progress through your Clubhouse wallet.
