IS S.W.C. A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. When you place the order to join Crew, Mixed Crew, or Team, you're opting into a subscription for which you’ll automatically be charged once a month.

HOW OFTEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Your first payment will be processed on the day you order. You will then be charged monthly for the amount according to your S.W.C. subscription level.

HOW OFTEN IS MY WINE SHIPPED?

We ship your bubbles every 3 months. Your S.W.C. tee will ship within the first month of membership. Limited edition bottle(s) (Team) will ship during the calendar year of membership subscription. Limited edition release dates TBD.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. 3 months. This is the minimum amount needed to secure and receive your first shipment of wine and other perks. The minimum amount for each subsequent shipment is 3 months of membership. After your first 3 payments, you’re not locked into any further recurring payments and shipments and may choose to cancel.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. After 3 months, you may cancel your S.W.C. membership at any time. Cancellations must be made before your recurring subscription date to avoid additional automatic charges.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You’ll need to access the customer subscription portal.

You can access here: Manage Subscription. Enter your email address and you will be sent a link to access the customer portal. Here you can pause shipments, adjust your frequency, or cancel. You can also update your mailing address and form of payment here as well. Alternatively, you can access the customer portal link through your Sapere shopify account if you have one set up. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WINE BOX, E.G. CHOOSE ROSÉ OR BLANC?

At this time, you are not able to customize products through the customer portal. We are working to have this feature available in the future. For more assistance you can always reach out to care@saperewines.com and we’ll get you sorted.

Crew: 1 bottle rosé per month

Mixed Crew: 1 bottle rosé and 1 bottle blanc per month

Team: 1 bottle rosé and 1 bottle blanc per month plus 1 limited edition bottle (annually)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Sapere cannot accept returns in accordance with wine shipping laws, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, email us at care@saperewines.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.

THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH MY SHIPMENT?

Damaged in transit or item issues? - contact us at care@saperewines.com so we can evaluate and make right! Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of delivery for any issues with your order. We’re a small but mighty team and will do our best to get back to you. Most responses are within 48 hours Monday thru Friday PST.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Our retail partners ship to all but the following U.S. states: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Delaware, Mississippi, Utah. In accordance with state and federal laws, someone 21+ must be available to sign for the wine at the time of delivery.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Ground shipping for all CA orders is a flat rate of $10. Don’t reside in CA? Don't worry we still got you covered- ground shipping is a flat rate of $25. Should you like to expedite the package, reach out to care@saperewines.com and we can quote it for you. As noted above, someone 21+ must be there to sign for the wine. Our shippers will try up to three times to get your wine to you, but if you miss your three delivery attempts and your box is sent back to us you'll be charged $25 for the return shipping and restocking fee.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY BUBBLES?

On average, it takes about 3-5 business days to receive wines (CA orders). For out-of-state, it will take roughly 5-7 business days via ground delivery to receive your wine. You will receive tracking information in your confirmation email. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Please make arrangements with the carrier if you are unable to receive your wine. Note: We cannot make adjustments once an order is processed by a carrier. Our carriers will attempt multiple deliveries. If your delivery is returned to us after multiple missed deliveries, you will be subject to a return shipping and restocking fee of $25.

WHAT IS A WEATHER HOLD?

We want your bubbles delivered in perfect condition! Just like we’re beholden to mother nature during harvest, sometimes that extends to you during extreme climate shifts. Orders may be subject to weather holds depending on the time of year and destination. This may extend estimated delivery times and we will do our best to keep you informed. FedEx cold chain shipping is used for out-of-state shipping during warmer seasons. In this case, your delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days.
